Pizza Paysanne ou Pizza Royale

Do you want a fast and easy pizza idea that is totally different? All you need is:

1 Frozen Pizza - the meaty kind is best, but any style is fine

1 whole egg

Pre-heat oven according to package directions.

Cook the pizza 1/2 way and then...

Break the egg and place in the middle of the pizza.

Continue to cook the pizza according to package directions.

Enjoy!

Now, I can already hear the moans and ewww's. I had the same reaction when I first saw my husband eat one of these. Give it a chance. Make it a full meal with a salad and a glass of wine. We regularly enjoy our pizza this way.

Hint: Thin crust pizza with ham is great this way!
