Makeup Basics

In France, makeup is used to enhance one's features never in place of a daily skincare regime. Here are the basics:

1. Concealer - for around the eyes and to blur out any imperfections

2. Mascara - just lightly on the tips and top lashes only

3. Lip Color - lip stain (fill in lips with a lip pencil) with light gloss over it (never goopy)

4. Cheek Color - A gentle sweep of powder

5. Favorite fragrance
